Changing your address or contact details online
The quick and easy way to tell us of a change to your address is using my pension online
Using my pension online you can change your:
- address
- phone number
- email address
Your changes will take effect instantly and you will receive an immediate confirmation that your changes have been updated.
If you are a member paying in, please ensure that you also tell your employer.
If you can't access my pension online, you can change of your address by:
- using our online change of address form
- completing a Change of address form (PDF, 632.93KB) and return to us at: Avon Pension Fund, Bath & North East Somerset Council, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JG
Your changes will not take effect instantly and you will not receive a confirmation that your changes have been updated.
What you need to tell us
We won’t be able to update your record if you forget to include any of the following.
- your full name
- your National Insurance number
- your date of birth
- your new address in full
- your previous address in full
